PLACEMENT DRIVE REPORT (Hybrid Mode)

The Career Guidance and Placement Cell of JMF’s Vande Mataram College of Arts, Commerce & Science conducted a Hybrid Placement Drive for all UG and PG students on 22nd November 2025. Held both offline at Madhuban Banquet Hall and online, the drive saw 150 students participating. The process included a Written Test, Group Discussion, Technical Interview, and HR Interview. Students followed all guidelines and received support from faculty for interview preparation. Recruiters from reputed companies offered full-time and part-time opportunities and appreciated the students’ discipline and readiness. The event was well-organized, provided valuable industry exposure, and strengthened students’ confidence for future career opportunities. The Placement Cell aims to continue such initiatives to enhance employability skills.
